Spring Summer 2025
Behind the Collection

The Four Pillars of Every Collection
At Hours, we’ve always believed that good design is as much about intention as it is about execution. With the Spring/Summer 2025 season now fully released, our founder Roman and lead designer Ram sat down to unpack the thought process behind each product line from concept to final garment.
While longtime supporters may recognize our drops, we’ve never really broken down how we structure them. Every season, Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter, we build around four core product pillars: Blanks, Signature, Graphics, and Accessories.
Our philosophy is simple: each pillar serves a purpose in helping you build a full fit. Blanks are the foundation — the everyday go-tos. Signature pieces add shape, texture, and elevate the blanks. Graphics layer in seasonal themes and references. Accessories tie it all together. Think of it less like four separate lines, and more like one modular system you can mix and match across.
We just wrapped all four for SS25, and this was our most refined rollout yet.
Blanks: Refined Foundations
Blanks are what we’re known for — and what people keep coming back for. This season, we expanded the line with a new Baggy Sweatshort silhouette, building on the success of last season’s Baggy Sweatpants. As always, we kept the approach focused: don’t over-design, just elevate.
We upgraded our core fleece to a 480 GSM cotton for added weight and softness, and continued refining fits and introducing new color palettes. There’s now a clear distinction between our Core Blanks - structured, vibrant fleece with a fresh feel - and our Vintage Blanks, made with French terry and mineral-washed to look worn-in from day one. Each Vintage piece ages differently, so no two are the same, adding a sense of individuality that feels earned.

Signature: Where We Take Risks
If Blanks are the foundation, Signature is where we stretch. This season, we dropped 15 new pieces — 12 of which were brand new silhouettes and fabrics for us. Think: flannels, baggy denim, mechanic shirts, and more. Each piece was an exercise in material experimentation and branding details. We introduced new elements like custom metal clip tags, subtle embroidery hits, branded buttons, and felt appliqués.
This line took months of sampling and iteration. Every small detail — from the way a button fastens to how a fabric drapes — was carefully considered. Signature represents the creative direction of the brand, and this season was our most ambitious to date.
Accessories and Graphics: The Final Layer
Graphics this season continued our tradition of reimagining our blank silhouettes with new seasonal prints. Meanwhile, Accessories took a major leap forward. Our Utility Bag is a standout - redesigned after internal feedback to offer better wearability and function. We also elevated our material selection, with more premium leathers and thoughtful construction throughout.

Looking Ahead
This season proved that we can be more than a blanks brand. The Signature collection showed our range, and the response has pushed us to double down for FW25. We’re developing new fits, outerwear (including our first puffer), and even experimenting with new categories - all with the same care and craftsmanship we’ve built our name on.
As we grow, the goal stays the same: create long lasting streetwear basics that you go back to time and time again.
Thanks for tuning in. This new long-form format is something we’ve been meaning to try - a way to peel back the curtain and show you the thought behind what we do. We hope it helped.
