Extremely disappointed with Hours. I have been following them for years and bought clothing from the once years ago and twice more recently. I ordered on their black Friday sale and accidently purchased a wrong hoodie. They responded saying they can not change any orders as to not disrupt their packaging department. Which is rather disappointing considering they are an online store only. In addition to poor customer service, I paid for their express mail and it apparently arrived over a month later. Not only did it take an extremely long time but it was also never delivered. They failed to upload a proper link so I was unable to track the package after it had apparently been delivered. Once they sent me a new link to proper tracking I could see the package was left at the incorrect address and two days prior to them sending me a link. I have tried to talk with them about possible refunding or have the items sent again considering it was over a $500.00 purchase but they have left me high and dry. Now I have to attempt to dispute my charges on my credit card because of egregious customer relations/company. Be cautious when buying from them, material isn't half bad from the two articles of clothing I got but customer service is awful which a big factor in whether or not I will continue to support a company.
