Purchased this shirt for my 15 year old son. When he tried it on, it did not feel "right," the fabric was not what was expected, the shirt felt heavy, and the front pocket looked wide and odd. Since he was likely not going to wear it, we decided to send it back. Only to find that HOURS policy is to only exchange or give store credit.
To return you have to email support with a reason, procure your own shipping, then send them the tracking number. Then they might offer you exchange or store credit (make several stipulations so that they can deny giving exchange/credit), and NO option for refund.
Basically I paid over $90 for him to try on a hoodie. The shipping cost was $10 since they set free shipping just above the price ($75 free shipping and hoodie is $69.99) and the only low price item to get to the $75 is rolling papers--for smoking! (return shipping was over $11 at USPS would have been over $20 at UPS).
Did NOT meet my expectations for an online clothing store. Highly recommend AGAINST purchasing unless you are 100% confident that it will fit and that you will like it just by seeing photos online.
