Good Quality

Very very good quality. Runs a little large compared to the hoodies.

i never even got the product

i ordered this and the new diagonal weave hoodie in vintage black in the same order nov 24 during the black friday sale, then i got a weird shipping update on dec 2nd with no shipping id or anything it was just blank😭 so i reached out to customer service dec 10th. i got a shipping update dec 11 with an actual tracking id. dec 12th jake from customer service replied to me and just gave me the tracking id that i got the day prior and then no response for a few days from jake. the expected delivery date was dec 18th but then it got delayed a day and was delivered the 19th which is fine, i don't think that's necessarily hours's fault but i'll get into that later. i check the package and only my hoodie was included, the crewneck in navy just wasn't there. i immediately replied to jake's email and even dm'd hours on instagram. they responded to me the following day on instagram and told me that they didn't have any more crews in navy which surprised me because i ordered mine at this point a month ago so i don't even know what happened to the one i purchased, i guess someone else got lucky. they told me i could either wait for the navy to restock over the weekend or choose a different colorway so it could be shipped same day which was dec 20th. i got an order confirmation in my email but not a shipping confirmation until dec 22nd. i asked them if they could expedite it and they said they'd just tell the warehouse and that it'd be delivered "early next week." it's now saturday, i wasnt able to give my girlfriend the crewneck for christmas and the crew is coming jan 2nd.
with that being said, i love hours's clothes and i really can't find another brand to replace it in my closet yet. i still recommend hours to my friends but for the love of God only order 1 item per order and do it at least 2 weeks ahead in case of any specific occasion. usually they take about a week to be delivered, and i understand this was during the holidays but no where in the instagram posts or on the website did i see that some items were "pre-order" so my advice to other consumers would be to buy one item at a time and pray that you don't have to deal with their customer service. i understand hours probably has a smaller fulfillment center and deadlines, but i only ordered 2 items over a month ago and ive only received half my items. not to mention that the other half im receiving isn't even the one i ordered over a month ago. hours uses some kind of ups variation called "mail innovations" and it may be cheaper for the company but for consumers it's costing us $10 for less than mediocre shipping.
please don't be discouraged to buy these clothes because they're some of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe, but the experience and customer service left a really bad taste in my mouth.

The perfect sweatshirt

I’d previously been on the hunt for the perfect oversized sweatshirt that’ll see me through fall, winter and spring in Ontario, Canada. Took me a while but I’ve found that sweatshirt at Hours.

It’s burly enough to keep you warm but not too heavy you’ll pour sweat in it.

The construction is top notch, too, and it looks like this fabric won’t pill, a huge bonus.

I definitely plan on buying more from Hours.
