Neck Zip is not good

I ordered this thinking it was going to be of good quality and stitching like the hoodies. The zip neck collar is tota disproportionate to the sweater and fits big. The sweater fits as advertised but the collar fits very loosely and is just floppy and sadly looks bad. If this would get fixed, it would be an amazing buy though.
