ORDER PROCESSING 

Hours ships worldwide and works to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are handled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Most orders ship within 2 business days, but processing may take up to 5 business days during high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season.

Because fulfillment begins shortly after checkout, orders cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled once submitted. Please review your shipping information and cart carefully before placing your order.

Delivery estimates are guidelines and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs inspections, courier delays, or local holidays.

Please allow up to 12 business days from the date of your shipping confirmation before contacting us about your order. If your package has not arrived within that window, email support@hourscollection.com and our team will assist.

RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES 

If your package is returned to Hours due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an uncollected parcel, contact support@hourscollection.com.

Our team will help determine the next steps and arrange reshipment if desired.
Please note that additional shipping costs may apply. Packages returned to sender will not be resent automatically without customer confirmation.

• Standard Shipping: $10 (3 to 7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $15 (2 to 4 business days)
• Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD


All US shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. Remote areas may require additional time.

Canada

• Standard shipping rates vary by location and include duties at checkout, with no extra fees on delivery
• Typical delivery: 2 to 15 business days
• Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders over $300 CAD

International

• Rates vary by destination and include all applicable duties and taxes
• Typical delivery: 2 to 15 business days depending on customs and local carrier performance

Note: Shipping timelines begin once your order has been dispatched.

If your order includes a pre-order item, express shipping applies once the item is in stock and ready to ship.

Hours partners with Zen Shipping Protection to cover loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Keeping Zen Shipping Protection on at checkout provides added security for your order. If an issue occurs, our team will assist with filing a claim and arranging a replacement or store-credit reimbursement.
