Ordered multiple weeks ago, $10 shipping for 3-7 day shipping. Ordered while at college, and after weeks I realized there was no way they would be delivered in time. Contacted customer service a week before my order “shipped,” representative clearly did not read my message, took 2 days to respond each, and kept giving unhelpful responses. Took 11 days for him to finally read the first message asking for him to alter my shipping address, but by then it had “shipped.” He then told me that now that it shipped it was too late for him to do anything, so he was either too lazy or incompetent to address the issue, so now I’m home and my order is being sent to my college. On top of that, my order has been in limbo for 4 days, and was organically shipped 7 days ago, so the shipping estimate was even more blatantly false. Very unfortunate since the items look very nice on the website, but it doesn’t much matter if you never get them. So to sum it up, poor customer service, false shipping estimates for $10, and I guess poor shipping carrier choice.
