When I saw this hoodie online I was interested. The color was great and the reviews looked good. This is an $80 hoodie so I expected the quality to be great as this is the most expensive new hoodie I've bought. When I got it, I noticed the fabric material was very good weight, soft and good vintage color. However the stitching was very bad, with loose threads and stitching craftsmanship issues everywhere. There was also pilling on the sweatshirt before even washing it, which I have never seen on any hoodie. Lastly, he zipper was also partially damaged. My impression of the quality was not good based on the first impressions. I'm not sure if all of these hoodies are like this, but I see that there are multiple other similar reviews to mine on this exact hoodie, so I think it may be a quality control issue. The shipping also took a very long time, at around 3 weeks, even though I payed extra for the express shipping (to be fair this was during the holidays, but still a big issue). After emailing customer support I did receive a small partial refund, but in my opinion it was not enough, and a full refund would be more suitable because of the high price I paid for this item, and the quality due to it being more pricey. I am not sure if I would buy from this brand again because of these issues.
