Holiday Return Policy

At Hours, we accept returns for store credit or exchange.
To start a return, email support@hourscollection.com within 14 days of your delivery date with your order number and the reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original packaging, including any protective wrap
• With all original hang tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued for the item value, including taxes. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns outside the 14-day window or items that do not meet our standards will be declined. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or missing tags will not be eligible.

HOLIDAY & BLACK FRIDAY EXTENSION

Our standard policy applies during the holiday period with one extension:

Orders placed during the Holiday and Black Friday period are eligible for return or exchange until January 5, 2026.

Additional notes:

 • Returns are issued as store credit or exchange
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Final-sale items are not eligible
• Customers are responsible for return shipping

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sales of gift cards, socks, and hats are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
